When you dial the EPPICard toll-free phone number for your state, do not press any button on your phone. Wait until the automated message repeats itself about 4 times. It will tell you to call back later or wait for a customer service representative, but ignore it.
After several minutes, you are likely to get someone at EPPICard Customer Service to pick up. In other words, once you dial the number, don’t do anything else. I agree there customer service sucks they charged me twice to expedite my card and said it would be here in 2 days after 4 days it still not here and then when I finally got ahold of someone they said because I said I haven't received card they reissue my card and charge me again and give it 2 more days. Still I received nothing and now when I call they hang up on me...
