The first step is to visit the Eppicard website. and select your state. If your state offers eppicards for both child support and unemployment benefits payments, you need to pick the appropriate card that applies to you. The image above shows you what to do and where to click when you get to the website.  You must enter your User ID to login, followed by your password. If you forgot your user ID, click on the “Forgot User ID” button to go through the process of retrieving your ID. You will need you card number and three digit CVV number to do this, so make sure you have your card handy.

If you are a new user with a brand new card, you will have to activate your card before you can login. You will need the following information to create an account:

• Social Security Number
• Date of Birth
• Email Address
• You will need to create a User ID
• You will need to pick a Password
