How to Activate the Oklahoma Debit MasterCard
To activate your Oklahoma Debit MasterCard® to receive benefit payments, call the toll-free phone number at 1-888-401-9843 to set up your PIN and start using your card today.
Before you can create your 4-digit PIN, you will be asked to provide:
- Oklahoma Debit MasterCard® Number
- Last 4-digits of your Social Security Number
- Date of Birth (MM/DD/YYYY)
Once complete, you will be asked to select your four (4) digit Personal Identification Number (PIN). You will be asked to enter your PIN a second time for verification.
Please note: You cannot receive cash assistance benefits until you have successfully activated your card and registered your PIN.

Way to Go Oklahoma Payment Schedule
Oklahoma cash assistance payments are available in your Oklahoma Debit Mastercard® account for use by 5pm on the banking day after your payment is deposited, received and processed. Please note that benefits will not be deposited until your scheduled date.

The Oklahoma Debit MasterCard® provides two (2) FREE ATM Cash Withdrawal per month at in-network ATM locations. Any ATM Cash Withdrawals over your two free monthly withdrawal will incur a $1.35 fee.
Any ATM Cash Withdrawal conducted at an out-of-network ATM is subject to a $1.35 per transaction fee.
For Bank Teller Cash Withdrawals, the Oklahoma Debit MasterCard® provides FREE unlimited bank teller withdrawals at MasterCard® Member Bank or Credit Union teller windows.

Oklahoma Debit MasterCard Expiration
The Oklahoma Debit MasterCard® is good for three (3) years. If your card is about to expire, a new Oklahoma Debit MasterCard® will be mailed out to you approximately 30-days before the Expiration Date listed on your card.
If your mailing address has changed since your card was issued, call the Customer Service hotline (1-877-751-2972) or click here to find out how to update your address. Your new Oklahoma Debit MasterCard® cannot be forwarded to your new address. If they do not have your correct address, you may experience delays in receiving your Oklahoma Cash Benefits.
